Through hundreds of hours supporting school leaders in the UK and overseas, we have developed a coaching model that builds on existing value and supports schools build a vision and theory of change that brings people together, committing to a common cause and having the big picture to make the vital connection between on-going training and development and the values which teachers live and breathe.
Word has spread and the model is now used in non-school settings such as business and the NGO sector.
