ONE-TO-ONE
We believe in inspiring change, not imposing our ideas on our clients. We aim to always work with local partners and learn from them. For example, in Brazil we work with a local NGO called Instituto Total and together coach school leaders in a one-to-one setting to support a network of schools and education projects in communities who are struggling against poverty and injustice.
LEADERSHIP TEAMS
We work with school leaders and local authorities to help deliver their vision. Through the sharing of best practice we offer support and guidance to leadership teams as they prepare, develop and evaluate their vision and create practical pathways to keep momentum fresh and exciting . We also provide consultancy for business and NGO's using our tried and tested model of improvement.
WORLDWIDE
We work with informal schools to help develop quality of education and support for teachers on the front line, often in areas of huge difficulty. We strongly believe in the power of the one person, the one idea, the one change that acts as a catalyst of transformation to work together in community.
